With a focus on women’s unique needs, I blend my physiotherapy knowledge and mind-body practices to support moms during and after pregnancy. My gentle approach aims to enhance strength, flexibility, and well-being, helping women prepare for childbirth and recover postpartum. Through sessions combing yoga and Pilates, I create a safe and empowering space for moms to nurture their bodies and minds on this transformative journey.

This 4 week course is perfect for anyone in their third trimester who would like to physically optimize their bodies for birth and increase their likelihood for a vaginal delivery.

The program combines prenatal yoga and specific birth prepartion exercises carefully designed by a physiotherapist and prenatal exercise specialist. There are x3 workouts per week which can be done in the comfort of your own home.

The program will run for 4 weeks and can be started at any time during your third trimester.

x 3 short workouts per week combining the best of prenatal yoga and specific birth preparation Exercises. These are pre-recorded sessions which you’ll access via an easy to use app at your convenience.

All of the the workouts can be done at home and you’ll need use a few pieces of equipment;
* A Birthball
* Yoga Mat
* Yoga Blocks (or can use some books)
* Cushions for your comfort
