I designed this program to help mums safely navigate their postnatal recovery. We focus on effective pelvic floor & core rehabilitation exercises as well as rebuilding full body strength and fitness.

Hey there! I’m Alice a dedicated mom and experienced physiotherapist specialising in prenatal and postnatal Exercise. With a focus on women’s unique needs, I blend my physiotherapy knowledge and mind-body practices to support moms during and after pregnancy. My gentle approach aims to enhance strength, flexibility, and well-being, helping women prepare for childbirth and recover postpartum. Through sessions combing yoga and Pilates, I create a safe and empowering space for moms to nurture their bodies and minds on this transformative journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

These exercises have been tailor made for women who are postnatal, whether you are a new mother or it’s been a few years you since the birth of your little one you will still benefit from these effective rehabilitation exercises. The programme is suitable for both vaginal and C-section Birth, and can be started at 6 weeks post baby. Please ensure you have had full clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider to participate in this exercise program.

Each week you will have access to 4 workouts which can be done easily from the comfort of your own home around your little one’s schedule. We focus core and pelvic floor specific rehab exercises, as well as full body conditioning, strength and fitness.

There will be 4 sessions per week which will be 20-30 mins in length. There will be core and pelvic floor rehab focus workouts, upper body and lower body to ensure full body conditioning.

New groups will be launched every month, you can see the next start date here.

You will need the following equipment:

• Yoga mat
• Pilates ball (small ball 25-30cm), or can use a cushion instead
• Resistance bands with varying resistance levels (booty bands)
• Hand held weights (weighted balls or dumbbells)

There is a 3 months minimum subscription period.
